These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Get Noticed AI website and services operated by Infinite Intelligence Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Get Noticed AI provides AI-powered local SEO services, including Google Business Profile optimization, automated review management, local ranking reports, and related digital marketing services. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose.
• The Growth Plan is $497/month or $4,970/year. The Authority Plan is $697/month or $6,970/year. The Market Leader Plan is $1,497/month or $14,970/year.
• Setup fees: Growth monthly includes a one-time $248.50 setup fee and Authority monthly includes a one-time $348.50 setup fee (50% of the first month). Market Leader includes a one-time $1,500 setup fee. Setup fees are charged with your first payment. Growth and Authority yearly plans have no setup fee.
• The EARLYBIRD promotion is limited to the first five new customers who complete a successful qualifying purchase of a Growth or Authority monthly subscription. It provides $200 off each monthly charge while the qualifying subscription remains active and in good standing. The promotion is limited to one redemption per customer and may not be combined with another promotion unless we state otherwise in writing.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds are issued for partial months of service.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at eric@getnoticedai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

5. SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and check the optional SMS consent box on our website contact form (or opt in through our website chat widget), you agree to receive text messages from Get Noticed AI about your inquiry, your account, and offers. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5a. 90-Day Visibility Guarantee

The 90-Day Visibility Guarantee is included on the Growth, Authority, and Market Leader plans. We agree on visibility metrics at the start, such as ranking movement, local grid visibility, profile activity, review momentum, or AI-search visibility. If we do not improve those agreed metrics within 90 days, we keep working at no management fee until we do.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Resell or sublicense our services without written permission
• Provide false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our website and in our services are owned by or licensed to Infinite Intelligence Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Other than the 90-Day Visibility Guarantee described in Section 5a, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes from our SEO services. Search engine algorithms change and results may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Intelligence Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Intelligence Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
